Payment must be made in full before coaching services commence unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

4. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience.

Clients may request a refund if they are genuinely dissatisfied after the first two coaching sessions.

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing via email

  • Be requested within 7 days of the second session

  • Include a brief explanation of concerns

Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion.

No refunds will be issued after the initial two sessions have been completed unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are expected to provide reasonable notice if they cannot attend a session.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where necessary due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Coaching requires active participation and commitment

  • Results depend on individual effort and implementation

  • We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes

You remain fully responsible for decisions, actions, and results arising from coaching sessions.
